ProNote gets a new name and look!
ProNote, our whiteboard software in Prowise Central, will soon become Prowise Teach!
A great update is on the way! ProNote, the whiteboard software on your Prowise touchscreen, will soon get a brand new name and look. With the next update of Prowise Central, the operating system of the interactive whiteboard, you will open ProNote in a fresh, user-friendly design. Additionally, the name will change to Prowise Teach. While the design and name are changing, all the familiar functions you know from ProNote will remain fully intact.
Note: Prowise Teach will only replace ProNote on the following Prowise Touchscreens:
- Prowise Touchscreen Ultra
- Prowise Touchscreen Ten (G2, G3, G3 SE)
- Prowise Touchscreen One G2
A new look…
With Prowise Teach, you will experience a fresh, user-friendly interface that makes navigating and working with your digital whiteboard even easier. The trusted tools and features from ProNote are still there, now even more intuitive to find and use. You can continue to rely on:
- Edit Tools: Pen, highlighter, calligraphy pen, eraser, shapes, lines, text, redo/undo
- Mini Tools: Set square, ruler, compass, protractor, stopwatch
- Canvas Tools: Zoom, pan, select
- Page Management: Add, delete, duplicate, backgrounds, organize
- Platform Tools: Annotate (overlay on an app or document), take a screenshot
- File Management: Save (as), open, export, import, share
…and more!
In addition to the familiar functionalities, we will be adding new features to Prowise Teach in the future. For example, a comprehensive media library will enable you to make your lessons and notes even more interactive. This library will be continually expanded with illustrations, images, tools, videos, and other content to enrich your lessons. Another useful feature: in Teach, you can open multiple presentations side by side.

Presenter will also becomes Teach
Our goal is to provide teachers with a uniform and intuitive experience across all our hardware and software products. Prowise Teach has been developed using the latest technologies and capabilities, combining the best elements of ProNote and Presenter, based on extensive user research. Once the full version of Teach is available, Prowise Presenter will be phased out.
With Prowise Teach, teachers will have access to a free, unified whiteboard program that works seamlessly across time, location, and devices. All lessons already created in ProNote are fully compatible with Teach, allowing you to easily switch without losing any work. In the near future, this will also apply to Presenter lessons.
Prowise Teach takes your lessons to the next level: improved performance, enhanced stability, and a wide range of integrated applications for interactive education. Additionally, you will be using a product that adheres to the highest standards of privacy and security, as you’ve come to expect from us. When the time comes, we’ll ensure a smooth transition—so you can take full advantage of the latest features without interruption!
